We offer refunds only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused

• Returned in original packaging

• All tags intact

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we delivered the wrong or damaged item.
